01 Arrival and Departure
Check in
Each arrival day starts at 3:00 PM.
Check out
Each time by 10:00 a.m. on the agreed departure day.
Late check-out & early check-in
Just ask us directly — we're always happy to accommodate you.
Key handover
You will be notified personally a few days before arrival. Each apartment has its own key box to ensure flexibility for all travelers.
Important information about the lock
Please do not lock the front door and leave the key in the lock on the inside – these are security locks that can only be opened by a locksmith at your own expense. A missing key will be charged at €250, as the entire lock will need to be replaced.
02 Around the apartment
parking
Two parking spaces are available free of charge per apartment. Please do not block the garage entrances.
ski room
A heated ski room including a ski boot dryer is available for your use only — for guests of our house. Please do not leave ski boots in the stairwell or in the apartments.
Tiled stove (Alpine Lodge and Almhütte)
Fuel and firelighters are available directly from us at cost price: wood €10 / carton, ethanol €35 / week's supply.
For structural and safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to remove wood from the garden area — a fee of €300 will be charged for violations.
EV charging station
You will find the charging station for your electric car behind the house, near the driveway to the garages.
Heating
The apartments are heated via underfloor heating — brief ventilation is expressly desired, but permanently open windows are not, as the room temperature needs some time to recover afterwards.
Outdoor wellness area
The hot tub, ice tub, sauna, and garden shower are each exclusively available to one apartment from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. It's best to reserve this area before your arrival, as capacity is limited.
03 Togetherness and Environment
Night rest
From 10:00 PM onwards, general quiet hours apply — for the benefit of all guests.
No smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire house. Designated smoking areas are available outside.
Waste
For the sake of the environment: please separate your waste. Containers for plastic, paper, cardboard, glass, and cans are available in the designated waste room; there is a separate bin for green waste near the garage behind the house. A fee of €25 will be charged for failure to separate waste.
